Seems to me like the contour ab belt could be worth a try, since it's they say they'll only charge you the $14.95 to try it for 30 days... hmmm but I don't know I have been burned by other free trial offers and stuff that promises it will work but does not. Anyone got any advice? Is the contour ab belt worth trying? Thanks
greg	yeh i've seen this on television all the time since like Christmas and I've been thinking about it.... would like to add some kind of additional workout for my abdominal muscles because well, not sure about ne1 else but I need the help there most. I also heard about other belts called the flex belt, the ab flex and a few other ones that i think just vibrate but i want to know which one is best... any ideas?
Annie	I bought a flex belt because they are actually a product that is cleared by the FDA and the other ones I could not tell if they were, so I did not buy them but the flex belt is good it really works our your ab muscles i love mine
Mike	Annie where did you buy yours from? I'm looking for some kind of a deal... the price is kind of high... but actually if I end up buying the contour belt and keeping it, will cost the same as a flex belt.
chris	Mike you're right, it's a little pricey but it's definitely worth it. Annie I love mine too! OMG what setting do you normally use? I'm at 60 and it feels GREAT!! YEAH!!! lol

Admin	Thanks for the posts everyone. The Flex Belt is FDA cleared for electronic muscle stimulation and there have been studies done that show the effectiveness EMS has on abdominal muscles. I suggest you check out the Flex Belt website... they have a pretty detailed website with answers to some of the most frequently asked questions, so it's worth checking out.

Sandy S.	I would like to return the contour belt do I need some kind of approval code? Only used a couple of times made me feel to tingely still don't feel right went to the doctor she adviced to stop using the contour belt. Has there been any problem reported with the use of the belt?
